We are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team and accelerate our growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and cultivating new business relationships with potential clients, and building brand awareness in the marketplace. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the property management industry (our customers), excellent communication skills, and the ability to think strategically and creatively.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential customers.
- Work directly with company President to research, strategize, and identify business development opportunities with our customers.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase our customer base and drive revenue growth.
- Meet with customers in-person and at industry organization events to deepen relationships.
- Meet and exceed sales metrics and revenue growth targets.
- Be an ambassador for the Splash Plumbing brand and culture in the marketplace.
What we are looking for:
- Experience: 5+ years of sales or business development ; 2+ years of sales to property management customers (HOA property managers preferred)
- Traits: Gregarious, outgoing, entrepreneurial, strategic thinker, creative, comfortable with failure, high integrity (to be confirmed by references)
- Skills: Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software [preferred]
- Eduction: Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred but not required)

Compensation for this position will include both a base salary (based on experience level) and a monthly commision that is tied to new business relationships and revenue generated from those relationships.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
